Who Is 5gbt and How We Got Here

The 5gbt was founded by a team of technology and digital entertainment enthusiasts who had experienced firsthand how frustrating online betting in Brazil could be. Slow platforms, withdrawals that took days, support only in English, payment methods that didn't accept Brazilian cards — the list of pain points was long.

The vision of 5gbt has always been clear: to build a sportsbook that works the way Brazilian players need it to. That means Pix available around the clock, withdrawals in minutes, a Brazilian Portuguese interface, support from people who understand the local culture — and a sports lineup that puts Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, and Libertadores front and center, not as an afterthought.

Over the years, the 5gbt has grown a lot. We started with Sports Betting and expanded the portfolio to include one of the largest online casino libraries aimed at the Brazilian market — with slots from providers like Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, and NetEnt, live tables with professional dealers via Evolution Gaming, crash games like Aviator and Spaceman, and much more.

What has never changed throughout this journey is our commitment to the player. Every feature launched, every new game added and every improvement to the withdrawal system came from real feedback from people who use the 5gbt every single day. That active listening is what sets us apart — and it keeps guiding every decision we make.

What Defines 5gbt: Our Values and Commitments

Six pillars that guide every decision we make — from product development to player support

Security Above All

5gbt uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all transactions and strictly complies with the LGPD (Brazil's General Data Protection Law). Your personal and financial data is protected and never shared with third parties without your consent. Every withdrawal goes through an automatic security check before being processed.

Speed That Respects Your Time

Pix deposits land in seconds. Withdrawals are processed in up to 3 minutes — and that's not a marketing claim, it's 5gbt's operational standard. Whether it's Friday night before a Fluminense match or Sunday morning, Pix runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, no exceptions.

100% Genuinely Brazilian

Brazilian Portuguese interface, support staffed by Brazilians, and a sports portfolio with full focus on domestic football — Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores — and the sports Brazilians follow most: volleyball, NBB basketball, MMA, and UFC. We're not a foreign platform translated into Portuguese; we're built for Brazil.

Game Transparency

Every casino game on 5gbt displays its RTP on the title card — you know exactly what the house edge is before you place a bet. Crash games with provably fair support allow independent verification of any round. No result is manipulated: that's the technical guarantee 5gbt offers every player.

Commitment to Responsible Gambling

5gbt provides real responsible gaming tools: deposit limits, session time alerts, and self-exclusion with immediate activation. We believe betting should be fun — and we actively work to keep it that way for all our players, with features that protect without judgment.

Continuous Innovation

5gbt is constantly rolling out new features: new casino games every week, promotions tied to real sporting events — Brasileirão matchdays, Cup finals, major UFC bouts — and platform updates that improve the mobile experience, where most of our players play. We never stop evolving.

Our Mission, Vision & Values

The 5gbt exists to give Brazilian players the best possible Sports Betting and online casino experience — with security, speed and honesty in every interaction.

Our vision is to be the go-to platform for the Brazilian bettor: the place you recommend to a friend without a second thought because you know it works, it pays out, and it treats players right.

To get there, the 5gbt is guided by concrete values — not just statements. Every platform feature, every promotion and every provider partnership goes through one simple question: does this improve our players' experience? If the answer is yes, we do it. If not, we don't.

"Brazilian bettors deserve a platform that's up to the task. 5gbt is that platform — built here, for the people who live here."

01
Honesty

We communicate promotion terms clearly, display the RTP for every game, and hide no fees. 5gbt players know exactly what they're dealing with before depositing a single cent.

02
Responsibility

We take responsible gambling seriously — not as a legal obligation, but as a genuine commitment. We provide real tools so players stay in control of their experience.

03
Trust

Trust is built through action: paying what's owed, on time, without making excuses to delay a withdrawal. That's how 5gbt has operated since day one — and it hasn't changed.

04
Innovation

The betting market moves fast — and 5gbt keeps pace. New games, new technologies, and new features arrive regularly to make sure the platform never falls behind.

Frequently Asked Questions About 5gbt

The most common questions from players discovering the platform for the first time

5gbt is a platform built specifically for the Brazilian market, with a Brazilian Portuguese interface, support staffed by Brazilians, Pix as the primary payment method, and a sports portfolio centered on domestic football. Every aspect of product development and operations is shaped by the needs and preferences of the Brazilian player — from accepted payment methods to available sports markets, with Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, and Libertadores as top priorities.

5gbt works exclusively with game providers certified by independent testing laboratories — such as eCOGRA, BMM Testlabs and iTech Labs. These bodies regularly audit the random number generators (RNG) of each game to confirm that outcomes are genuinely unpredictable and cannot be manipulated by any party, including 5gbt itself. For crash games that support provably fair — such as Aviator — any player can mathematically verify the randomness of any round after it ends.

5gbt exclusively accepts Brazilian payment methods: Pix (instant deposits and withdrawals), boleto bancário, credit card, debit card, PicPay, Mercado Pago and TED bank transfers to any Brazilian bank account — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa Econômica Federal and others. Pix is the preferred method for over 80% of players because it's the fastest: deposits arrive in seconds and withdrawals are processed in under 3 minutes, 24 hours a day.

5gbt's support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — including weekends and public holidays. You can reach us via Live Chat directly on the platform (after logging in), with an average response time under 5 minutes, or by email at contato@5gbt.best, with a reply within 24 business hours. All support is provided in Brazilian Portuguese by real people — not bots with automated responses. For responsible gambling matters, there is a dedicated channel with priority handling.

5gbt was built with a mobile-first approach: the entire platform runs seamlessly in your phone's browser — Android or iOS — with no app download required. The interface is fully responsive, optimized for touchscreens, with appropriately sized buttons and live casino streaming that loads reliably on 4G connections. This approach ensures you're always on the latest version of the platform without having to manage app updates.
